What we collect
When you submit the Start Your Design form or email us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any files you attach — logo art, sketches, photographs, survey or elevation data.
Our website may also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through [Analytics Provider].
What we use it for
- Replying to your inquiry and preparing drawings, proofs, and quotes.
- Building, engraving, and delivering a commissioned piece.
- Keeping a record of your piece so we can support it later.
- Occasional studio updates, only if you ask for them.
Your artwork and files
Logo files, custom artwork, family crests, and site or survey data you send remain yours. We use them to produce your piece and for nothing else. We will not publish a photograph of an engraved commercial piece without your permission.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate — email, file storage, and payment processing — and only as needed to do the work.
Retention
We keep project records and correspondence for [Retention Period] so we can service and refinish pieces we built. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to [Email].
Your choices
You may request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under [Applicable Privacy Law]. Contact [Email] and we will respond.
