Words that remain.
Bible verses and Christian imagery carved or inlaid into tabletops, desk surfaces, and conference tables. We set the passage to the grain and the seating, so it reads right from where people actually sit.

Selected work
Every piece on this page was drawn for one room and one client. None of it exists twice.
No projects match those filters.
The specialty
Not decoration tacked on at the end. The carving is laid out with the board, before a single edge is jointed.

The gathering pieces. Live edge or clean modern, sized to your sofa and your room — and the most natural home for a verse, a crest, or a map of somewhere that matters.
Executive desk, three-quarter view, side light
Home office and executive builds, fixed height or fitted to a sit-stand base. Cable management designed in. A logo at the corner, or a line only you can read along the front edge.
Long dining table, full length, room shot
Statement tables for the family and the boardroom. Breadboard ends and pegged joinery for the long haul; brand or Scripture carved down the center where everyone can read it.
Kitchen island top, waterfall edge, warm interior
Solid hardwood and hybrid tops for kitchens, bars, and reception counters. Field-templated to the cabinets you actually have, including the corner that is not square.
Steel bases on the shop floor, raking light
Blackened steel, hardwood trestles, and sculptural one-offs. Designed with the top when we build the whole piece — or built to your slab's dimensions if you already own the wood.
How it works
Space, budget, timeline, meaning. We ask what the room does before we ask what you want it to look like. No pressure, and no charge to talk.
Drawings, 3D views, wood samples in your light, and an engraving proof if the piece carries one. Nothing is built until you approve it.
Boards selected off the rack, milled, joined, and finished by hand. CNC work is cut in-house on our machine — never sent out.
White-glove delivery and placement locally. Crated freight nationwide, insured, with the hardware and instructions you need.
A written care guide for your specific finish, and a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee on the joinery we cut.

Who we are
Red Letter Tables is a studio of designers and artisans, not a showroom with a delivery truck. There is no inventory to move and no catalog to pick from — there is a rack of drying hardwood, a bench, a finishing room, and a CNC machine we run ourselves.
Furniture here is a collaboration. You bring the room, the occasion, and sometimes the words; we bring the boards, the joinery, and thirty opinions about edge profiles. The studio exists so that a table can carry two things at once — the grain of a specific tree, and a message that matters to a specific family, church, or company. A verse. A logo. A place on a map.
Craft first. Meaning optional. Plenty of what leaves this shop carries nothing but grain, and that is a complete piece of furniture.
